Martin looks like a almost perfect fit, offensively. Flowing, quick, able to get to the line at a high rate, nice shot. Brooks and Martin, Lowery and Trevor are gonna run teams ragged. Defensively if he and Trevor can consistently pick off passes laying in the weeds, that's gonna be a big plus. Hopefully once Yao gets back Kevin can benefit from having a big man in the lane. Loved this trade, better than anything I could have imaged. Morey remains a God
He is alot quicker than I thought he was. He is a career 45% FG, 40% 3pt FG and 86% FT (and gets to the line ALOT). I think his shooting will pick up and once it does, he can be a lethal weapon for us. Him+Brooks could be the quickest backcourt in the game (and they can make shots).
One thing that did not work was Battier at PF (which they had for the entire 4th quarter). Hopefully these 6'11" guys can learn the offense fast because I don't think that will work.
I was expecting him to start. When is this kid going to start? I'm not sure he's meant to come off of the bench. Also, David Andersen is not an NBA player.
i did miss the game, so thanks for the recap. already have my a$$ on the couch for tonight's game, though! woohoo!
