Love dropped 43 and 17 tonight. 43 points, in case people get confused naturally thinking they were rebounds.

The most impressive feat for him tonight IMO is the fact that he was 5 for 5 from downtown.

he's like Zach Randolph....put up impressive numbers but their teams keep losing. Randolph put up 24pts and 21 rebounds tonight and the Grizz lost also.

if minnesota didnt have the by far worst backcourt in the nba, they'd do ok, love is a beast, beasley is finally coming to, even darko when fit is serviceable, but that back court is so terrible, even a front court of durant, pau and dwight would struggle to do better than 8th seed in the west.

Say what you will about Minny's GM, but the Pups have a far brighter future than the Rockets.

And Love is a freaking breast.

There have only been six games in the past 10 years that have gone for 43 points and 17 boards (Chris Webber, Dwight Howard, Shaq, KG, Zach Randolph, and Love).

He puts up insane numbers.. but I'm still not sold on him being a go-to player on a championship team. Extremely fun to watch though.

He wasn't the guy who made the move for Kevin Love. I'm also not convinced Love is a superstar player who can carry a team. He puts up a lot of big numbers but they are still one of the worst teams in the league. Their back court is an absolute mess and you can thank Kahn for that. But I do give him credit for getting Beasley in a steal from Miami.

The guy is amazing. It is not the first time this season he has gone 5/5 from deep. He is becoming a beast.

wait wtf???? a front court of Durant Pau and Howard is ****ing rape, you pair them up with 2 college player backcourt and they will still dominate

Seriously, it's like a team with Dwayne Wade, Lebron James and Chris Bosh!! You put two ballboys in there, and it's OVA!

??? Kevin Mchale actually drafted Love so why is Kahn getting credit?

Also the T-pups have amassed a ton of top 5 picks on their roster:
    *Love
    *Wesley Johnson
    *Rubio (currently in spain)
    *Beasley
    *Flynn

^That's top 5 lottery picks and they still suck and bound for the lottery. Food for thought for those who advocate tanking and/or actually think Kahn is any good.

IMHO Love is a lot like Kevin Martin. He's really good at rebounding like how KM is really good at scoring, but you need to surround him with players who can cover for his weaknesses. You surround him with players who defend and are clutch and you're good to go.

Unlike Zach Randolph, Kevin Love held the other team's starting PF to 6 pt and the backup PF to 5-14 FG.

The Tpups back court got lit up bad by the Nuggets backcourt by 58 pts to 35 pts.

    Nuggets
    Lawson 23 pts 8-16 FG
JR Smith 18 pts 5-11 FG
    Affalo 17 pts 5-11 FG

    Total : 58 pts

    Tpups
    Johnson 8 pts 4-7 FG
    Ridnour 3 pts 1-7 FG
    Webster 12 pts 2-5 FG
    Flynn 12 pts 5-7 FG

    Total: 35 pts
