lol @ Perkins. it's no surprise. this dude has never been the brightest guy out there

Sacrifice? sacrifice what his career 5 pts/5reb avg lmao, he wasn't that good and didn't have much basketball skills to actually sacrifice to begin with. all he did was ride on their backs.

"I didn't start with kevin" yeah i mean lets act like you didn't name drop him first

Perkins talking about sacrifice and how the Thunder couldn't make a deep run till he joined the roster

That's why I side with KD on this one.

Perkins could have said in his first response "I don't mean any shade KDs way, just mean Russ meant more to that franchise..." instead immediately goes low talking about KD couldn't get out of the 2nd round.

At that point...it was fair game. He was a player and he criticized the game of another player. KD had every right to **** on his career at that point.

Disagree 100%. Though Perkins may have exaggerated his usefuless to OKC, the fact of the matter is is that whatever he has said about Durant is true.

Yeah, what Perkins said about Durant running off to the Warriors was true, I think so too...but he the one that brought up player performance, he questioned Durant's performance first so it is fair that durant brought up his 2 and 3.

As @YOLO he's trying to play the victim after he threw the first punch.

And I'm tired of this guy talking up himself, he was like the 6th best player for that Celtics team. He needs to humble himself. He was a decent role player that benefitted from a stacked roster to get his ring. Who even knows if this guy makes a top 100 Centers of all time list.

I dislike Perk, but I’m more unhappy that Twitter beefs can be a sports news story.

like, hey reporters, why don’t you go try some journalism instead of pasting strings of dumb tweets that anyone interested has already read?

Looks like the reporter (?) brought up the 2nd round thing first to claim KD did more for OKC than WB. Perkins correctly demonstrated how silly that claim was. Perkins wasn’t the one to insert KD’s name into it. Of course KD being the insecure little b**** he’s proven to be multiple times on social media couldn’t help but insert himself into the situation.

Not sure why KD got offended

Russ stayed with okc thru thick and thin

KD left right when they were at their thickest

Just let Russ be Mr. Thunder coz he sure didnt want it

LOL Perkins is going completely scorched earth.
While I agree that Durant has issues and needs help, Perkins did him dirty revealing that he asked him to lie on the clown show. He was his friend big deal if you have to spout some nonsense against SAS. Like what..he offended your journalistic integrity?

“I have zero regrets,” Perkins said. “Because at the end of the day, people can say what they want but until I got to Oklahoma City, they never had been out of the first round. They couldn’t get past the Lakers, they couldn’t get past the Twin Towers, Pau Gasol, and Andrew Bynum. But guess who helped them get past them? Big Perk did.”

    BIG PERK DID. :D
