I think this is different. Lebron went to a team as the alpha, Who aside from Wade built a team from scratch while staying under the then cap.

This is going to a team you epically choked to wile being up 3-1 in a series. This is a player who called out players publicly who "wanted to play in Miami or LA"

Whatever though, this is the new NBA I guess. The only reason why a 73-9 team was able to get him was because the cap went up otherwise they would have had ZERO chance to.

Whats the point in playing an NBA season anymore aside from revenue? 30 teams in the NBA in the blink of an eye just became irrelevant instantly.

If I were Sam Presti I'd trade Westbrook to Cleveland for filler and draft picks just to spite Durant.

I really hope Westbrook stays with Okc. He'll be a legend years from now to Okc fans, even if they suck.

They say West was a great player. To me, he is even a better NBA recruiter, manager, or consultant. Dude has the Midas touch.

................their imagine was ruined by winning 41 games, playing like a laughing stock for large stretches of the season and bowing out weekly in the first round. The media didn't make that happen, the players on the court did. Do you even basketball?

I've lost all respect for him.

He had an excellent chance to win with the improved Thunder roster. He chose to take the sport out of it.

WHY SHOULD OTHER TEAMS HELP WARRIORS AND TAKE BOGUT? I dont get it. Cant this theoretically be stopped if no one takes Bogut?

If I were Presti, I would keep Westbrook forever. He is the Anti-Durant.

maybe it's just me, but do we really know how much better will they be? There's 2 sides to the court.

They're getting rid of Bogut, Ezeli, and Barnes. They're now gonna stick to outscoring people. KD can turn it on defensively for stretches, but for an entire game? And who's protecting the paint?

The Finals changed once Bogut went down, the Cavs started attacking inside relentlessly. If you can't guard the lane, that's like blood in the water in the NBA.

Josh Smith will bring his shooting skills to the team. It will make them go from the greatest shooting team all time to just really good.

Maybe he goes back to the thunder like King James did. Oh yeah, he's just not that good, he and the league knows it.

Durant. You will never be Lebron, Jordan, Shaq, Hakeem, Kareem. Never.

    Same for Curry. The end.
