    Actually it's possible. Slow and incremental mass gain would allow time for the body to adjust.

    Andrew Bynum gained a lot of weight during the off-season and he has rarely been healthy.

    Yao also started getting injuries more often after gaining some weight and shying away from the finesse game.

    So being light does have it's advantages, certainly puts less strain on your knees when you run and jump.

    I'd like to see DD run and dunk a basketball. I'd PAY to see that.

    That's great he did that. I remember Artest... World Peace, was doing that out in LA when he first joined the lakers. Tweeting random fans to go hit up some football on the beach. I want to try and get him to come join my rec bowling league at school ;)
