So you believe that using Reagan for political gain is bad? What do you say to the report I heard this morning on NPR which stated that Republicans were considering using Reagan's face in upcoming Bush ads?

Dudes, it's soooooooooo a different thing when Bush does it. I don't know what you call it, but if you think Bush is wrong for exploiting Reagan after his death, then you are an unamerican terrorist sympathizer.

Exactly. Bush lost all the credibility for me when he said "You are either with us, or against us." I was shocked to hear that. It really had bad taste in my mouth. The infamous "Chinese Culture Revelotion" started with the slogan "what the enemies oppose, we must support; what the enemies support, we must oppose" and "if you have compassion to enemies, you are the enemy of the people". When most of the people believe in that theory, chaos were inevitable at the time. Think, not in the way what the "leaders", "main stream", "your country" and "the people" want you to think, but in the way your knowledge, your experience, your logic and your common sense make you think.

 

I would just like to briefly reiterate:

Kerry and Bush are both assholes who are undoubtedly attempting to use Reagan's corpse as electioneering fodder. The two of them have far, far, far more in common with each another than either of them has in common with any of us.

Now, return to the partisan junk or "truth" or whatever you want to call it.
