SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Mike Bibby had 33 points and 10 assists, Kenny Thomas added a season-high 29 points and the injury-depleted Sacramento Kings finished a dismal December with a 116-112 victory over the Boston Celtics on Friday night.

Kings 2-0 with KT at PF.

They both are not winning players and am glad neither is on the Rockets. Losing seems to follow these two around.

still a shame we lost him and all we got was a chance to rent posey for a year... i remember he lost weight to play the 3 spot because thats what the team asked him to do, then we turn around and trade him

Yeah, we lost him, but at least we didn't have to pay him 50-something million!

Since when did Mo Taylor get paid 75 million. He's on a $48 million contract. And we're not paying him anymore anyway.

I thought it was more than that. all i remember is that Mo was so happy that he got such a big contract, he injured himself playing pickup ball.

KT is yoman. he reminds me of Otis Thorpe, except shorter and less of defensive player.

KT is a good role player. Not worth what he is paid now. But we definitely lost him BECAUSE OF FREAKING EDDIE GRIFFIN. He was the best PF among the three (him, Eddie, and Mo) we had at that time. We needed to get rid of one and give Eddie the chance to shine. Mo was untradeable because of his contract. So KT was the odd man out. If the management saw Griffin's problem and cut him lose then, we wouldn't have traded Thomas away.

Rudy gets credit for an excellent draft pick. Kenny was a very consistent big man. Talk about tough- no one wanted to meet Kenny in a dark alley-including Charles Barkley- who liked Kenny.

    Good job Rudy!

    Good luck Kenny!

When did KT start smiling? I remember a constant frown when he was with the Rox.

KT is not as good a player are SAR. Their career numbers prove that. Remember when Mike James came here and set the world on fire his first couple of games before cooling off?

KT will settle down and could be a decent starter at PF for the Kings. But he is not nearly as good as SAR.

KT is more a team player than SAR. how does a team drop that much by trading Chris Webber? answer=SAR.

    KT brings intangibles
SAR is not IMO as mentally tough
    and I LIKE SAR

    But KT hustles and tries
some things he does don't show on stat sheets

You blame SAR for the fact Peja is the biggest wimp in the NBA? He's been in a snit ever since the beginning of last season (actually before that). They let Webber go partly to molify Peja and what has he done since? Was Vlade his personal psychologist? Do you also blame SAR for Bibby not being able to lead this team ever since Webber left? Bibby has been a huge disappointment since he signed the big contract.

The fact is the Kings have been coming apart ever since Webber went down injured. While he was gone the team found some chemistry and Peja stepped up. But when CWebb came back, Peja's moped around like a 5 year old brat! So they get rid of Webber because of his contract and the conflict with Peja but Peja continues moping around.

Adelman and the Kings had a 2-3 year window that has closed on them. Blaming their troubles this year on SAR is crazy. Neither KT nor SAR play Adelman's style very well like Webber did. Petrie needs to can Adelman and start all over. The Princeton style of basketball only works in the NBA when you have 5-6 players who are unselfish and pass the ball well. I think KT is an underrated player who plays hard and thinks a lot of himself. But there is a reason he's not in great demand. After seeing him up close last year, the Kings still decided to grab SAR when he became available.
