Personally, I don't feel she is head coaching material. However, she might make a good assistant. I think the following staff can lead us to the promised land:

    HC - Dick Stockton
    AC - Summer Sanders
    AC - Craig Seger
    AC - Ernie Johnson
    Tape Guy - Sean Elliot

    Start counting the rings ......................

A few body statistics on Summer...

    She's NOT petite (small).

She's 5'10", wears like a size 9' Nike, and can actually palm a mens' basketball!

Eat your heart out Steve Francis (the 6'3", little-hand man!).

It may be argued whether Rudy is a great coach or not but he's certainly a very good coach. Look at what he did with the national team when the NBA guys were on strike and he only had college guys. The team wasn't expected to do anything but Rudy lead the team to a medal. George Karl with a team of NBA players landed in sixth place.

Rudy has gotten better play from players than other coaches who coached the same guy. Look at Chucky Brown, Ellie, Oscar Torres, Vernon Maxwell, Kenny Smith, and a whole list of others. If you blame Rudy for the play of players like Francis and Cat then it's only fair to give him credit for players like Yao(who was so far ahead of expectations that people were disappointed when wasn't able to dominate night in and night out.) and Hakeem(who achieved his prime under Rudy's head coaching and not others who coached him prior to that).

People talk about Phil Jackson controling all star egos and melding them with role players, but look what Rudy did with Clyde and Hakeem and the Rockets role players. And this is after most of the team was angry that Otis Thorpe had been traded. Yet Rudy got them all to gel just at the right time.
Rudy may not be a great coach(but he might), but he certainly isn't a horrible one.

So he may or may not be a great coach, but he certainly isn't a horrible one.

I would like to try MARIO ELLIE as an assistant coach for a while. I don't think he would put up with players not performing their game plan, I just don't think he would put up with a bunch of crap.

I'd like to see us pump up our assistant coaching staff, though, with some veterans that could teach our guys a few things.
