Do the Rockets have room for him? I liked him when he was in LA but he has dealt with injuries since. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/sources-76ers-jazz-complete-salary-000000807.html
When it comes to bricklaying PGs, I'd rather have Marshall for minimum than Rubio for his salary. And Morey agrees with me.
I think the main question is whether the Rockets have the room to add him at the risk of losing something else of greater value with the limits they have in roster space. Would be great to pick him up since he's likely better than Prigs as a backup but at what cost? If they can pick him up though for nothing but a min salary offer and give up no players of value they'd have to cut or trade then sure why not?
