As a person Ken Lay was a decent man. As a businessman he was unethical. I had the chance to meet Lay a few years back, and he seemed like a very genuine person. He didn't seem like one of those CEO's who had a air of superiority about him. RIP.

Believing that your government is capable of killing in order to cover-up an inconvenient truth is quite different than believing that aliens are invading your brain. To equate the two makes you look like a fool. The fact is our government officials have shown, time and time again, that they have no problem disregarding their own laws when they believe the ends justify the means. I don't think that's the case with Lay, but I can definitely see where someone else might.
