Like idiots, the next night we ate at Flay's restaurant Mesa Grill at Caesars. What overpriced garbage. Meat was good quality, but Bobby's blend of herbs and spices just wasn't working. In other words, first we lose $200 because of him at craps, then lose another $200 to him at his restaurant. 2 people in our group also got a really bad case of the runs after this meal. SCREW YOU BOBBY FLAY. Don't trust any chef that steps on his cutting board.
