The defense has been good since the Brooklyn game. That's 7 games, but the narrative has been baked in.. I'm fine with that.

Exactly. Our defense wasn't that bad. It's just we are not making 3. Really need Gordon to shoot better than 35% from 3.

It's been years since the defense was any good.

    (see what I did there)

You are right. Defense has turned a corner but that narrative won't stop. I was listening to NBA radio yesterday and Antonio Daniels (I believe that's who it is) was going on and on about how we are still struggling because we replaced Ariza and Mbah a Moute with guys who weren't ready to play defense. Bro, do you even watch the games?

The defense was abysmal to start the year but got corrected pretty quickly. The problem has been that until the last few games they couldn't score. Offense was totally broken. Everybody was missing shots (except for Ennis) at a crazy rate, PnR wasn't working, etc.

I think I should have used 7 size font but I didn't want to cause eyestrain to myself or anyone who might read the thread.

Max Kellerman being back on the Rockets side tells us a lot about this team.

You gotta put a direct quote in the title and be weary of the limited characters... might have to make some sacrifices

I wish these fools would just glance at the stats before going on TV to say the exact same thing that everyone else is saying. I understand there is a lot these guys have to talk about, a lot of games, a lot of topics but they go into these shows knowing what the major topics of the day are, they should at least do a little research.

If I wasn't deathly afraid of public speaking I would be killing it against these fakes. And also if I was better looking, fit, or knew about other sports besides basketball.

If they win tonight, narrative shifts to, "This team is better without Melo, Bzdelik is better than Dantoni. They still have problems. Also, Warriors weren't trying".
