wow! just wow... And people call liberals delusional. Do you really believe this or are you just psychotic?
I am not sure where you got your facts, and I am not saying those paticular ones are not accurate. But the funny thing is that Bill O'Reilly lied about his ratings as well. It was on another dressing down of Bill, by Keith. What is amazing is that you accuse others of having little to no support of our troops, yet you find someone entertaining who accuses dead U.S. military men who were shotdown while unarmed, by nazis, or committing the very crimes they were victims of. I am not saying you don't support the troops, but I don't really understand how you can make that claim, much less belittle other people's support after defending Bill O'Reilly on this.
And American Idol had better ratings than Arrested Development. What does that prove? Your accusations of Dems was shown to be based on thing you believed werre fact that turned out to be incorrect such as your accusation of Gore trying to deny military votes from being counted. Jack Murtha ended up being correct in what he spoke of, and you have yet to show any Democratic position that is more hateful to troops, then putting them needlessly into a position where they will have to kill and be killed. Then a commentator(The Sideshow Bob of commentators) accuses WWII veterans who were taken prisoner and killed while unarmed, their hands above their heads, of being war criminals. You call that person entertaining. And try to show him as superior over another commentator who spoke out in defense of the deceased WWII veterans. I am sure you arguing to just try and provide a counter balance, because you can't be serious. If you are serious, then you might want to rethink your concept of the phrase "support the troops".
Uhh, that Derek from Silver Spoons and the uptight realtor from The Ropers just might not be the formula for 21st century ratings gold? For all the kudos and acclaim that Development got, how come no other network swooped in to pick it up once Fox dumped it? Even "The Hogan Family", "Family Matters", "Grounded for Life" and "Step-by-Step" got picked up by other networks, so, hmmm...
The writers were done with it. There was talks with Showtime but the writers said that it was already becoming difficult to maintain the quality of the show. They laughingly said that a HUGE money deal might make them willing to try, but that in the end it was impossible to keep doing the show at the same level. It isn't that other networks didn't want it as much as it was that the writers didn't want to keep doing it.
Are you "murthafukkahin" serious? If you are, then believe me when I say that you hurt your cause just as much if not more than my co-religionists hurt mine.
You can't name one "lie" I've ever told here -- not even a subjective one. One more example of what a joke you are. Jorge finally leaves and we get you instead? Weak.
What a disgusting display by O'Reilly. I don't understand why Fox News hates the troops so much. Despicable.
Really? Why even have a trial then? Let's line 'em up against the wall because Murthafukkuh is judge, jury, and executioner. I suspect what O'Reilly meant to say was that after the Americans learned about Malmedy, they were less inclined to accept German surrenders. Or perhaps, he was thinking of the scene in Band of Brothers where German prisoners were apparently shot in Normandy rather than Malmedy and he just confused the two. At any rate, there were 12 million men who served in WWII, and if you think that not a single one of them engaged in what would be considered a war crime, then you are simply insane. That doesn't mean it was SOP, but no army has ever been perfect in these matters.
This is your sig?! Troll. Everybody, move along. He is just being an arse. He's a perfect candidate for your ignore list.
It's true. I was once a Rockets fan going back to the days of Calvin Murphy, Billy Paultz, Moses Malone, etc. But the insane hatreds I see on display here lead me to associate the Rockets with the Hate America First bastids here. So - GO MAVS!
Once again your moronic logic rears its ugly head. Instead of associating the team with its players and staff, you associate the team with its fans, and you can't get past that fact.
Olberman should have stayed on ESPN where he was actually entertaining and knew what he was talking about.
You can ascribe your own meaning to cover for Bill if you want. That doesn't make it so. To say Bill was just mistaken and meant to say Normandy shows you didn't watch the clip. This was not the first time he said that. This isn't about what any of the other millions who served in WWII. This is about what Bill O'Reilly said about a group of particular soldiers who were shot while unarmed, and with their hands raised, by Nazis. It is about Bill O'Reilly claiming that these dead prisoners who were soldiers slaughtered unarmed Nazi prisoners. That is an insult to those soldiers who had their lives snatched away from them. Then Bill O'Reilly doesn't even apologize for it, and Fox "News" changes the transcript from the show to say something different. If you want stick up for the memory of dead WWII veterans who were brutally killed after surrendering, then what good is your support of the troops? Is that the way you support them? Of course there were those on the American side who committed atrocious acts. Why didn't Bill O'Reilly pick on those men, and not the victims who died while they prisoners of the SS? Why are you supporting Bill instead of the American troops who were slaughtered? Why are you criticizing one commentator who is actually standing up for the veterans? This leads me to believe you use your 'support' for the troops not as real support but only as a weapon to attack those who have a different opinion. That is sad and wrong. It is also an insult to our military. My own father served in WWII, and I have nephew currently serving in Iraq. I trust that most people support their service better than you, or Bill O'Reilly. My own father served in WWII
Did you watch the clip? Olberman seems like he knew exactly what he was talking about. The one who didn't know what they were talking about was Bill O'REilly. Bill insulted WWII soldiers who were slaughtered by NAzis after they had surrendered. Bill accused the American soldiers of committing the atrocities, and when it came out that he was wrong, he refused to apologize, and his network re-wrote the transcript to cover it. Keith is doing a great job of defending these men who lost their lives to war crimes by the Nazis.
I applaud your constructive rebuttal to the video showing O'Reilly to be a liar and a Nazi sympathizer.
