    You have no idea how strangely comforting it is to read condolences from people miles away, who I’ve never really met.

    I hesitated burdening this board with my troubles, but you’ve really come through for my family and me.

    I share all the same feelings as those that have been posted, and I too will keep you, your wife and the rest of your family in my thoughts and prayers.

    As a father myself, reading your post really hurt me. I will say you are to be admired for your strength and courage, and I cannot begin to tell you what it says about you as a person to be able to think of your wife and son first at such a difficult time for you.

    Please continue to be strong and be there for them, but also please do not attempt to be so strong that you neglect your own grieving process.

    May God bless you and your family now and forever.
