I hope you're right dude. But I can't shake the feeling that last night's game was a turning point for Yao and if he doesn't come out of it stronger, we may have already seen the best of him. I hope I'm wrong.
Keep the faith in Yao???? Why would we ever lose it???? He got outplayed by the most dominant player at that position possibly ever. What Yao has showed us this year, and I'm not even going to go into his hard adjustments, is proof that he was definitly worth our #1 pick. He will get the ROY and much more accolades in the future. You don't even need to tell us to "keep the faith in Yao." That's like saying "Keep the faith in the USA during war." We know we will be victorious in due time.
oh, come on give yao a break............ he is just a rookie..ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who is shaq??how long he played in NBA, how about yao? how old shq, how old yao? come on, just one game, whatever win or lose, tomorrow is another day... jesus.
I think as fans, we really don't need to make a big deal out of last night's game. It's a game that we lost. But, I really hope Yau could learn a lot from it. He needs to know he has to take the responsibilities, and he needs to be aggressive. He needs to learn how to dominate other players by using his skills. I mean, we all know how good Yao is, and we all know he really has some fancy moves. the problem is he seems to forget how and when to use these moves from time to time. I know it takes time for him to be able to utilize his skills. Again, i'm a patient man. Go the Rockets! Go Yao!
