I believe Dragic has had more than 10 brilliant games. In fact, if you look at every year, when he was a starter (even with the Suns), he outperformed his non-starter games. This isn't a huge surprise, as you'd expect with more time, he'd be better, but it's more than that. Surround him with better talent, and make him the principal ballhandler/creator, he becomes what he maybe truly is, a near-all star level PG. Basically, Lowry, without being b****y.

Moreover, you're misrepresenting what happened at the end of the season. It was when Lowry came back that the team started to lose.

kind of random comment. We have the rights to an accomplished Euro PG. We may have Lowry and Dragic back. we may pick up another PG in a trade. Last year we had to let go of a PG we signed as a FA who turned out to potentially be a pretty solid player.

Plenty of opportunity to pick up 2nd/3rd string points.

Rockets had enough lessons to learn in the past. Rockets provided fat contacts for Mo Tayor, Kevin Cato, Mochiee Norris just because they had either one nice season or just several strong pre-season games. We are OK if Dragic can accept contract with silimar size as Lowry.

If you count rockets horrible end-season games to Lowry, it is unfair. When Dragic took around 35 minutes per game, while Lowry only had around 15 minutes per game. How can you gave all credit to Dragic while all blames to a backup? You are biased.
