too be honest I dont think landry's knee is fine... if it were he would do the test because thats his only way out of this mess... we will sign him sooner or later (probably later) but i hope its not longer than 2 years... if he doesnt have his hoops he just not as effective... I can relate, I have hurt my knee a few times dunking and I can still go out there and play a week later but I cant push off as strong and quick untill I fully heal. The a bad knee in bball makes all the difference...Im with morey on this one, hold out for an exam.
YAAAY, someone who agrees with me on the knee! With this much money on the line Landry most likely did get an exam and is hiding the results because he can't tell Morey he's wrong. He's lost his spring apparently and now they are trying to pretend like he's fine and doesn't need to be examined. Morey isn't buying; Smart guy if you ask me. Let's trade the guy and get a good back up center since Yao is out and DEKE obviously doesn't want to win a championship. And just keep Scola who is better than Landry anyways.
Just to clarify... This talk of getting a backup center is assuming Yao gets hurt, which will happen. BTW Deke wants more money that's why I said he didn't want to win a championship, not because he has a poor attitude or anything...
You guys really think the Rockets don't know EXACTLY what is going on with Landry's knee? They examined the hades out of it at the end of the year.... Landry looked a little tenative, but in some games he looked fine...Golden State for example... I think he had a bone bruise is fully healed, and the Rockets know it....they also know that Baker is a rookie agent..... Don't believe the papers.....figure it out yourself. DD
