It looks like someone's ready to make a trade for Gordon! Come'on Sac management, you know you can't help yourself!
that mf locked the thread. I was ready to pull receipts. I rated Chet too high due to the massive plant hype
Paolo, Jalen Williams, and Beauchamp were all gone before the Rockets picks (pre-draft) so I had a complete whiff there. Still feeling good that Murray will be one of the Top 5. Still feeling good that Paolo will be viewed as a Top 5 player from the draft, but will be considered overrated.
dude is turning 22 in a few weeks, he better be looking like a stud in SL so I’m not impressed by his play in SL, it’s to be expected
Yeah, he is just one month younger than Zion… but still, I am impressed. He is gonna be a real good player in the league. I was kinda expecting that before. The question is just, is he already near his potential ceiling?
Players rarely stay more than 4-5yrs on a team anymore, don't get why ppl are so bothered with age honestly. Would rather have an all-round immediate impact player from age 22-28 than a project from 19-25 that more likely than not never develops an all-round skillset on the level Murray has. Not even talking about Jabari, just in general, doubt more than 4-5 of the guys age 18/19 in this draft class will develop the skillset and confidence Murray has within 2-3yrs.
Yeah statistically most picks dont pan out. So getting a proven guy with a little less star potential isnt necessarily bad
People forget just how little summer league performance means, every year. Maybe he is a goat in the making but also maybe he’s just a Jeremy Lamb
This is definitely true. By the same token, seems like he should be a decent NBA player... but in a Tobias Harris kind of ceiling type way. I think he was probably the right pick for the Kings, but it should be noteworthy that I'm not sure how that team is going to play any defense. Lots of 125-120 games coming their way - will they win half of those?
