i dont know about all that. Ginobli and battier are considered two of the dirtier players in the league. I rather a dude talk smack (which everyone does) than try to do someone dirty on the court.
I'm all for trash talking. I just thought that's a T for taunting in today's game, did Durant get away with it because of his superstar status?
Shane Battier is a dirty player? are you a rocket fan? have you seen him play? What makes them dirty? taking charges? As for Ginobli, i hate when he flops, but he doesn't really play dirty...it's not like he's Derek Fisher.
not all trash talks are bad... but if you use the words bit.ch or N words, that's not classy. and sadly, Durant's style does not fall into the good healthy ones.
I have no problem with Durant, I have a problem with us not doing anything about it. We're pussified.

He also pushed Parsons hard on the chest because Parsons was guarding him too close. A foul was called. It may have been a technical. He's a tought dude.
Who cares? This has nothing to do with kd's character. I encourage trash talking!!! If any of y'all ever compete in anything whether its sports, video games, skating, etc. you'll see that there's nothing personal or unclassy about it. Its all in the spirit of competition.

I basically feel the same way. I find Durant's double-talk irritating, but I find our lack of push-back even more irritating.

The word b**** is normally used in today's society. Listen to " in the trenches " some time and be amazed that they call NFL players that word so often. Its just a word which means nothing. Please... you guys who are just saying he should have been T'd up or isn't classy are naive. If Harden, Howard, or any other Rockets player did this same exact thing in the same context of the game in the EXACT same situation.... you would have been cheering. I understand this is the Houston Rockets Forum, but for once in your life try not to be a one sided homer and realize this is a competitive sport with athletes that get paid the big bucks to do what 95% of the world cannot do.
