not to say it's right, but the brand he collaborated is APC which is a french brand that's high fashion. They charge "normal" tshirts in that price range, regardless of Kanye or not.

They sold out fast. I had to buy one off ebay for $80 more. I hope it's not fake!

I remember when i was looking up a lot of clothes and fashion **** one summer, i was thinking of getting into it and trying to look all fly but the prices are insanely high (no rhyme intended). No one on a normal income can afford a wardrobe with high fashion brands like that.

So i decided to go the opposite way, cheapest i can find target plain shirts, pants and boots. Forget trying to look like a pop star i'd rather eat good.

A $120 shirt is not outside the price range of anybody.

it just reflects a really dumb set of priorities and values.

    You still at it?

Even after your little graph showed that people that listen to Kanye score higher on SATs than people who listen to classical music? :p

You got to be a dumb sob to buy a $120 t-shirt.

    Just my opinion anyways.

Bigtexxx scoffs at any white Ts below 200 dollars. 120 dollar tshirts are for the poors.

Listen kid, I'm ecstatic your internship is no longer unpaid. After 4 years of embarrassing yourself over and over again, you deserve to bring it up at every opportunity possible, even if it's not relevant. Nowhere was it implied people dont have $120 in their pockets. These same people have $2000 hubcaps on $1200 cars, but that doesn't mean they can afford it. If someone makes 62k and own a maybach, they can't afford it. Obv its about priorities, that's exactly the context afford it is used in.

Well none of you have celestial bods so the cut of a shirt won't do much for you. And your skin is hardened from manual labor so the feeling of silky smoothness is lost. I end up using these as undershirts in the winter because summer is about multicolors and designs.

Anyone who needs to brag about things on the internet is probably living in their mommy's basement. Yo

I didn't care about the rest.

but want to reiterate that your priorities are wack if you're buying plain white designer t-shirts, in more ways than one. (sense of style being one, wastefulness being another). Of course, it's the Internet, so we'll settle on your closet having 2 plain white shirts, and one precious Hermès tie hidden away somewhere (let's hope at least).

Carry on, Honey Bear, amuse us all with your erroneous representation of what the elite should be like, instead of sketching us out. You're going WAY off-base, even in internet forum land.

Have you at least improved on your French? ;)

Who is bragging? This forum is so insecure everytime you talk about something more than soda pop it's attention whoring and mommy's basement. Which reflects more on your situation than mine.

Eh, talking about having 10-15 $120 t-shirts speaks more to your insecurity than anything.
