    Let's see....

We have every intention of bringing Deke back. He's certainly not better than Deke. He can't play PF.....how could he be of any use?

If we're trying to get frontcourt depth, i'd sign DeSagana Diop to a low-risk, smaller contract before i'd take on a chump like Olowakandi

Kandi doesnt' play d. And we can pick up guys off the street that are tall and ready to give 6 fouls. The dude can't play pf and wont get ANY time behind Yao and Dike. So we trade the pick and a player to match the contract(most likely an expiring contract) for an expiring contract. Yeah, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

The rox 1st rounder might very well end up being a bust ... but it might also turn out to be a good role-player. Kandi is already known to be a bust and has no role for this team.

Just a stupid trade idea all the way around, unless you're a Minny fan.

he cannot guard 4s (or 5s for that matter) has no offensive game and rebounds poorly

with his contract i'm not sure you could trade for a worse player

Good post. We dont need a guy who has been a complete bust for the majority of his career. He cant gueard 4s and does provides very little offense if any.

The wrong team is giving up the draft pick. Kandi is a cancer. If Minnesota wants to get rid of him, they should be the one throwing in a #1. Not the Rockets.

Actually... That's really not a bad idea right there.

Would anyone trade Spoon and take on Kandi's contract to swap picks with Minnesota? I mean, I know this draft is deep, but moving up to get what, the 11th pick (?), and basically just taking back a bad contract (and attitude) in return...

If Minny would agree to it, I think I'd do that in a heartbeat.

Bad contract? Kandi's only has one more year on his deal. He's an expiring contract just like Spoon. There's no reason that Minny will want to dump him for nothing.
