Great idea. Imagine how unimpacted we would be had we been into Green energy and renewable energy sources. We would be currently less impacted by sanctions and shortages in oil and gas supplies. Which side of the aisle was resistant to moves toward green energy?
He’s right. We shouldn’t be increasing our drilling. We shouldn’t have Senators bought off by the coal and oil and gas energy to tank a game changing bill that would have revolutionized our independent green energy industry. Joe Biden also didn’t include in that statement though that “seeing as though in my 2nd year a massive war in Europe will break out…” In case you didn’t notice, Russia invaded and is leveling Ukraine. Kind of a big reason why oil gas prices and now supply increases are needed. It doesn’t mean that long term goals have changed one bit. If anything, Putin’s war has made Biden’s point here even more important.
