We get it, you're another "moderate" that in reality isn't. We see it everyday here, go vote for the GOP cause you ain't fooling anyone.
Most centrists are Republican now. The Dems have moved so far to the extreme left (their left wing being pro Hamas, etc.) that they are no longer moderate.
If you believe your Twitter feed sure, the Dems eat baby fetuses for longevity also while we're at it. It's simply one side believes in free and fair elections and the other side doesn't and will side with big business and billionaires over the masses at every turn. If you're a multimillionaire then I get voting for Trump, he and the GOP work for you.
I figured that out pretty quick by the angry, pouty, intitled group of Lefty babies on this board. Pretending to have the high moral ground. They talk big until we expose them for the hypocrites they are, Not all but more than a few It is quite laughable.
I keep hearing all this talk that you should only vote for Trump if you're a multimillionaire or something But last I checked the people that are really struggling are the younger people right now - groceries, rent, all goods and services are sky high And what has Biden done about it?- "moderates" if anything are tired of the excuses- I am positive moderates have to be thinking how about this instead let's give Trump a chance to do something different and if it doesn't work then go back to the weekend at Bernie's Biden style in 4 years But something needs to be done different. This country is a sh.it show right now. https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-prompts-democrat-question-whos-actually-running-country-1924170
back on topic. Biden begins to lay the groundwork for stepping out gracefully Biden Says He’d Consider Dropping Out if a ‘Medical Condition’ Emerged President Biden has said none of his doctors have told him he has a serious medical condition. But his debate performance last month raised questions about his health and acuity. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/07/17/us/politics/biden-health-election-drop-out.html
I won't be voting for Trump. As a non-multimillionaire (but in the 96th percentile for income) Trump's administration was better for me than Biden's. Inflation is a mother****er. It hurts almost everyone. The only people inflation helps directly are those with large debts (because as you devalue currency the purchasing power of the amount of the debt declines). Other people are helped by inflation driving payouts like the CARES Act and the expansion of child tax credits. Anyone that wasn't in massive debt and who didn't receive large government handouts is worse off under the Biden administration.
well damn, with $200k+ worth of the two kids' college loans still to pay off, I'm thrilled to hear this. Viva la Biden!!
The inflation part, I believe, is driving this election. It isn't worry about people eating baby fetuses or a lack of care about free and fair elections (I actually think that last part cuts both ways, a ton of Republican voters are worried about election security). The premise of your post is simply wrong. It isn't that Democrats benefit the masses and Republicans benefit billionaires. Democrats benefit the people they pay off with their legislation (largely the bottom 40-60% of the country), the people who pay little or nothing (or less than nothing) to keep the country running, and the extremely wealthy but highly leveraged who are happy to see their income increased and the debt they own represent a lower percentage of their income (think landlords that have a ton of mortgages but have no issues because their rental income more than covers their debt servicing).
