I've been saying this in this thread for literally 2 years. Biden has issues but in a big moment he can step it up and deliver a strong performance when he's needed. Every time biden has to give a big speech he has and his approval has gone up afterwards. I've seen biden live in Michigan in the past year and he took 2 hours after the speech to walk around the room and shake everyone's hands. People don't see biden other than the 5 second clips that right wingers spin online When campaign season starts and people actually see him every day it will be a different picture. @Astrodome knows he can add more $$ to the bet at any time. Biden gave an long interview just this weekend where he was 1000x more competent than trump. Again if trump was not running there's no universe Biden would be running for re election. His aides and his wife has made this clear. He's only running cuz trump is running

Joe Biden understands traditional America - and our government better than anyone alive. Yes, he can be long winded and make gaffes but he doesn’t genuinely have some wisdom and forward introspection. His age is a problem. He has clearly slowed down some from even a decade ago. He gets tired, he sometimes struggles to express himself. I think he has slowed down less that the overwhelming majority of people 80 years old - but he is still 80 years old. I don’t have a solution. The other nominee is almost as old and doesn’t take care of himself, and no one has stepped up from either party as a better choice. I think it has to be Biden.
The difference biden has access to the best drugs known to mankind which we dont even know exist. If you watch his latest pro republica interview hes actually sharper than when he was when he first got in. When he first entered office he made alot more gaffes and mistakes but recently hes been much better. It may sound crazy but hes more mentally sharp today than when he first entered office and its obvious theyre giving him medicine that hasnt hit the market yet. People here forget that the CIA had invented adderall back when nobody knew it even existed. Biden has access to drugs that havnt even hit the market yet. Comparing him to a regular 80 year is dumb bcz most 80 year olds dont have acess to world class doctors. If the choice was between Biden and some young republican then Id say Biden should step down, buts its not. Trump in the past 2 weeks has mistaken biden for obama twice, claimed biden wanted to start ww2, thought we needed a passport to go grocery shopping and thinks we should "water" the forest during summer to help with fires. Hes said this in just the past 2 weeks Theres no universe that anyone can tell me that Trump is more mentally fit than biden. People dont hear Trump so they assume hes the same but hes clearly lost it.

Small business health care companies are literally printing money right now. Mergers are down by 60% and hedge funds are being aggressively tackled by the government for first time in history. Hedge funds control all parts of American life which we don't even know. They had a monopoly in Houston hospital over anesthesiology doctors which caused massive shortages in doctors and hiked up prices for services I genuinely don't give a flying **** about Joe biden. I like his FTC and his anti corporate stance which we havnt in a century. If another person had his same FTC then i'd vote for them. My politics are simple. You mean he wanted to explore the option of doing nothing because apparently the fact that they are having to do this now says a lot ... the fact is now you have an administration that is willing to waive dozens of federal laws to fast track the barrier building - the fact is Trump was right in the regard that having a border and a barrier should have been done in the first place - Biden was trying to placate to AOC and the ultra leftists that wanted a ultra soft border and look where that got us ... not until you have city leaders in supposed sanctuary cities crying about the problem now you wanna do something? so Democrats basically want to not be held accountable for creating the problem in the first place, but get credit for solving the problem- in hindsight, the barrier should have been built. Biden created a DHS app which he's forcing folks to apply on or else be deported. Since May they've deported close to 800k people. If you come to the border without an application date you get deported right away. Nevermind the apps and all that for a moment -The last thing the Biden administration wanted to do was finally admit, a border barrier was needed - and not only admit, but be willing to waive federal laws to get this done as soon as possible ... this action honestly sounds like an act straight from the Republican playbook, and I don't know what else you would call it ... if you try to say other options were explored well guess what ? Not only did it fail - it failed massively!
