Just letting y'all know that Krino has come up with yet another album (4th since 2009) showcasing insanely great lyricism and songwriting. If you were on the fence about another Krino album, I suggest y'all give it a listen. I posted 2 songs off of it, the first one is interesting because it sounds like your typical Htown rap song with a chopped up hook and all...but with Krino not sounding watered down at all, its interesting. And the 2nd song gives you all the punchlines you'll need with his follow up to Flow Session Number 1. Someone show me a rapper who writes better punchlines than K-rino...I doubt they can. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/m9lpzZQaBkA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/HgCDVnK1hdg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I'm not really feeling the album art, but that first track is really awesome. His production may not be the best, but K-Rino is the greatest rapper ever from the state of Texas. Just go ask Scarface what he thinks. Here are a few of my favorite K-Rino songs: <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/q74pNbMajNQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/VaT8RQWOLrA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/jz_WJZhzgNM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/_dkA_jV7ULA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I love K-Rino. I've been listening him since the early 90s. Thanks for the heads up on the new album.
Haven't checked it out yet, but this is one of my favorite K-Rino songs: <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/VK_7nEBTLXk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
K is the best lyricist ever out of Texas and up there with the greatest ever. Too bad he's so underground that not too many people get to hear him. His beats have improved lately as well. That was the biggest knock on him for years. Father of the Flame is an amazing song off the new album.
