Understood. Obviously then Kevin Martin's health is the ultimate reason that triggers your rant. Try to remember he's coming off wrist surgery and will have a whole new year and who knows - he could be healthy. No need to remind us Rocket fans what we don't want to hear (unless you're a Kevin Martin hater ). Go Rox!

I knew he wouldn't live up to it. It's obvious he is a troll anyway so what does it matter? He will just make another moniker and continue to troll in the same manner. Revoking his member status would help shut him up though. He's not nearly as fun of a troll as that KillBillPana guy who sucked off V-Span all the time though.

I think good-natured Rockets fans ought to give Kevin one real chance to establish a healthy, complete season for himself, and then we can move from there. I was always under the impression that that season would start next season. That's what I'll be rooting for.

In the meantime, speculation towards the negative and the positive is rather tiring immaterial to me.

thats exactly what i expected, which is why i dont understand why he'd go back on his word. It's not like he can't re-join..which tells me he just likes to get a rise out of people, it would take too long to build the same rep under another name without admitting it was him.

JCDenton, can you kindly cease to exist? I understand that you got picked last in pick up basketball, but that's no reason to come and ruin a wonderful BBS with your trolling. Just go away and everyone will be that much happier on here.

Say what you want to, but Kevin Martin is currently leading the Rockets in scoring with 21.8 points per game. Aaron Brooks is second with 19.6 points per game.

    Just saying.

    First things first, OP:

"K-brick" = pathetic personal attack by immature poster. Just sayin'.

Now then, looking over your graph, I see that you've employed two statistics to make your point:

    1) season
    2) games played

My question: Where do you dig up these obscure statistics? I myself am a budding young statistical-genius-in-training and stand in total awe of your ability to find numbers like this. You must have some relatively unknown website you go to for this sort of thing. Games Played -- wow. Only you would think to go THAT FAR to uncover THE TRUTH!

And by the way, thanks for pointing out what many of us had overlooked: That despite all the attention given to Daryl Morey as a "stats genius," he obviously doesn't have access to statistics as difficult-to-acquire as Games Played per Season. Those bozos he has working in his little math club in the Rockets offices must be watching "Jonny Quest" re-runs and drinking Jolt Cola instead of doing the hard work it takes to dig up stats like yours and put together the kind of Highly Detailed Graphs (TM) that only JCDenton produces!

Kudos to you, Stat-Man! We salute you!!

JC, let me ask you this:

Why did you add that "K-Brick" thing? You mention how you want a mature conversation, but you literally go out your way to use a degrading nickname about a player you have obvious disdain for. You completely went against your word in your FIRST post. I'm sorry but what you are what I like to call a delusional schizophrenic.

I hope me, you, and the rest of this board can come to some sort of agreement that you need professional help and maybe, just maybe one of us can get you the help you need.

All that aside, you are a ****ing idiot.

Hasn't he been shooting pretty well?

Edit: He's shooting basically 44% right now for the Rockets. Tracy McGrady never shot this well for us.

    Non-cool story is a non-cool story. Brah.

At some point a higher power needs to step in and get rid of stupid threads and posters like this.

    *sigh*

You mere mortals cannot possibly understand a statistical genius like the mighty JCDenton!

According to the extrapolations he considered but never actually performed, K-Brick(TM) will play only 24 games next year, followed by 10 the year after, then will retire from the NBA. And the Rockets get stuck with the retirement bill!

    So say the Highly-Detailed Statistics(TM)!
