Let me just get my 2 cents in here.

We've acquired Bogans, Lampe, Fitch, we drafted Head, we signed Hayes to the rest of the season, and we picked up Swift. If not next season, then definitely 2 seasons from now, Wesley, Howard, Bowen, Barry, and Mutumbo will be gone. If we don't get anything in a trade for them, we'll have to let them go. We'll have 1 or 2 drafts until then, we'll see what we can get.

I'm going to say we're keeping Lampe, Swift, Head, Hayes, Bogans, and even Fitch.

Swift (PF, C) is Freakishly athletic, has range on the his J, but is not yet comfortable with our system.
Head (SG, PG) is young, athletic, can shoot (but he's been proving me wrong lately), and is fairly quick.
Hayes (PF) is a all rebounding, hustle, intensity, basketball IQ, and extra posession player and he's probably here to stay.
Bogans (SG, SF) can shoot (streaky), play good perimiter d, and is fairly young.
Fitch (PG?), from watching him play in Miami, is lightning fast. But that's all I know.
Lampe (PF, C?)...I don't know yet, but he's better than Moochie :p .

We've already started our quickness/youth movement around McGrady, Yao, and Alston. I'm sure we'll see a lot of these names next season.
They need to get comfortable in our system.

I'm sure they'll get much playing time next season, but maybe not...

    Per Richirich:

"What happened to Gundy's argument that all it takes is heart, that all 12 guys on the roster are NBA players and should be ready to go "

The Rockets coach only uses about 7 players in the rotation unfortunately.
