JVG Tells Nets, Not Interested in Coaching

    com'on man that wasnt his fault, that game 7 vs utah in Houston wasnt his fault, his heartless soft players couldnt get a rebound in the last couple minutes to preserve the series win and all I remember was that one utah possession where utah got like 3 offensive rebounds and then finally scored and that broke our back and I remember the pathetic look on stacey and yaos face as they walked off the court.. ok ill stop rite there cuz the memory is gettin me worked up, but no way can u put that series on JVG, mayb the dallas one tho when we really swept the mavs in 05

    It was a joke, I was referring to him always making comments about Houston on ABC.

    A little bit off-topic about JVG and Nets but Nets related:


    According to ESPN Radio's "NBA Today" podcast, the Heat offered Michael Beasley to the Nets for Keyon Dooling but were turned down by Nets GM Rod Thorn.
    Beasley has raised a few red flags during his brief stint in the NBA, but we're not sure why Thorn would turn down such an offer (assuming there is anything to this report). Dooling's contract is unguaranteed next season, but Beasley is only owed $4.9 million in 2010-11, followed by a team option in 2011-12 and restricted free agency the following year.

    I just don't understand why Miami would trade Beasley for nothing, nor why New Jersey would reject it. If nothing else Beasley would be a trade chip.

    I think it has to do with increasing cap space.

    Maybe they want Wade, Lebron and a 3rd cheaper star like Boozer or Lee.
