I signed the petition but totally agree. The only thing that will get Stern and the league to change is to get them where it really hurts. NBA REVENUE The only way to do that is a boycott. Even a relatively small boycott would get their attention because it would indicate that there are people out there who are fed up enough they won't monetarily or otherwise support the crappy product the league is putting out there. The rest of this is good for venting but won't change squat.
I know this petition probably won't ever be seen by Stern but it help if signers didn't act like idiots...
That is a big possibility. Anyone remember what happened after Rock 101 got shut down? Over 20000 people signed that petition I think and it was all over the news. Right now there are close to 2000 signatures which is not bad for a day but really there should be atleast as many signatures as there are seats in the Toyota Center.

Dude, you should call into 610 and 790 to mention the petition. 610 mentioned the Photoshop thread this morning and it was great to hear some props for this site. BTW, i would like to add it was aeroman's idea for the Murphy petition i did a few months back after he was not guilty of the charges and took it upon himself to write this petition
Call into Matt Jackson's show. He is awesome, called in twice on his show and is great to me both times. He even posts on here under MattJ
well it might not be 30000 signatures or whatever it would take to really get noticed but 2000 signatures isn't a tiny amount either.
