You are partially correct! Francis was a clever manipulator he would make TOKEN efforts to show that he was trying to do what was needed but once things settled down it was always back to the old ways.
For my opinions I was the first to be called a YOF! I might say that it was underserved as I had been a Rockets Fan for so many years.(now 25years)
