I don't wish injury to any rockets, but I think that is the ONLY way Gundy will let Novak play. It's better in the long term. Besides, Juwan's best role for the team is a locker room leader, not floor leader. He can do that job just as well with cast on his hand. Its not called hating, it's just that I possess what it known as the "grand view."
Clearly JVGs motive is to save his ass. He knows if he continues to blow 4th quarter leads the writing will soon be on the wall. ANd in spite of the fact that he hates rookies and he never wanted Vspan on the team he realizes Vspan is the 1 player who could add spark to the 4th and help them win. So out of desperation he is playing KillBill. But as obvious as it is that KillBill was a key to the end of another 4th quarter collapse JVG is only singing mediocre praise toward him. In reality if JVG wasnt such an idiot he would have put Billy in those other collapses and we would be like 9-2.
