You have to remember that these guys are "Heroes" they don't think like villains. THey don't mastermind who they're gonna take out first. They don't think like us. They would probably try to go head to head like idiots as they would in comics/cartoons/movies.
JLA would definitely win hands down. Much respect to fans of Batman but he will get killed easily! People have the nerve to say he could defeat the whole JLA LMAOOOOO. If it was just Supes vs Batman and Bats pulled Kryptonite....all Supes would have to do is push the earth into the Sun. #gameover
The x factor here is knowledge of the opponent. If both sides know about the other, they can plan accordingly.
Spiderman and Wolverine were added right around Marvel's Civil War. That's why they call it the New Avengers. I think people are also forgetting the Scarlet Witch and her brother Quicksilver. Scarlet Witch can do some damage with her hexes.

Who said I didn't know my comic history? Do I know every single thing? No, but If you look how Marvel revamp their story lines in the past 10 years, they showed both Spiderman and Wolverine joining the New Avengers based on their story line of Civil War. You can say decades and decades but if they're re-writing a story line, I'm going to go by that. So no welcome needed here baby girl.
Martian Manhunter or Flash can beat the entire other team. As could Superman or Wonder Woman. Martian Manhunter is roughly the same speed and strength as Superman, can turn intangible or invisible, can shapeshift, and is a telepath on the level of Charles Xavier. He can make the other team think they are a bunch of six year old girls having a tea party before they even know the fight has started or phase them into the ground such that they cannot move. Flash (assuming this is Wally West Flash) moves millions of times the speed of light. He can also use the speed force to (among other things) steal the speed of anything. Thus, long before the other side even knows they are in a fight, he can take all of their speed until they are simply statues for which it would take thousands of years for a single synapse to fire. Superman and Wonder Woman can both move and react at about lightspeed. The fastest person on the given Avengers roster is Thor, whose speed is tough to nail down, but is generally slower than hypersonic. So Superman or Wonder Woman can fly in and hit the other team thousands of times with punches from people who are strong enough to move planets and shatter moons. Wonder Woman has the added advantage of an unbreakable lasso that can cause the wearer to be trapped within their own psyche. She can simply hogtie Thor and squish all of the other Avengers like grapes. Both are great comics, but that Avengers team is simply no match for that JLA team. If the Avengers had Sentry, Doctor Strange, or Silver Surfer, that would be different, but they don't given the original post.
i thought the question was "who do you guys want to protect the earth if we are ever invaded by aliens" it is not JLA VS Avengers but who will be better protecting us from aliens and my vote is JLA
