X-Men. Their totally balanced powers that covered almost every weaknesses. Also X-Men storyline is superior.
If we're playing like that, then Batman builds implants that work like Magnetos helmet to block psychic attack, Professor X is now useless. Justice League wins every time.
Seanbaby is awesome. Aquaman's gotten pretty cool in the comics over the last year though. The Martian Manhunter also has powerful mind powers that create a telepathic link with the JLA and provide a meaningful defense against psychic powers. Plus he has all of Superman's powers plus invisibility plus shape-shifting. He might be able to take out the X-Men alone. Green Lantern can create anything he can imagine. The Flash could take Jean and Prof. X's brains out of their heads before they knew he'd thought about it. Superman. Batman. Wonder Woman. The JLA doesn't even need the rest of its roster to win.
Weather, lasers, sharpest claws and psionics; I think I have to go with the X-Men. Probably cheating because she's not an original, but if you cheat and put Rogue in I think it'd be a no-brainer.
Professor X Charles kill/brainwash Batman with his psionic before Bruce Wayne even knew of his power.
Almost none of the rosters are composed of originals. That would be a fun poll too. X-Men Cyclops Jean Grey Beast Angel Iceman Professor X Avengers Iron Man Thor Ant-Man The Wasp The Hulk Justice League Superman Batman Wonder Woman Aquaman The Flash Green Lantern Martian Manhunter JLA in that one and it's not even close.
Jean Gray with phoenix force would be pretty hard to beat, but if you had the supes who could turn back time it might be a fight.
Superheroes always fight each other before they realize they're all good guys and team up against the bad guys. It's a stupid plot point but it happens 100% of the time.
Justice League would also have the Psi-link via Martian Manhunter. The Avengers would basically be cannon fodder in this war unless Banner goes "World War Hulk" on everyone, but if that can happen then Jean can go Phoenix, Flash can go Speed Force, and the entire planet is pretty much f-cked.
Flash speed steals from the other two teams before a single one of their neurons can fire. The other teams are statues. Or he dumps them into the speed force. Or he infinite mass punches them. Or he vibrates through them and makes them explode. Whatever he decides to do, Justice League wins. If Flash decides to let the rest of his team play for whatever reason, then the near lightspeed Superman, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman come into play and any of them could beat both other teams all by their lonesome (again, before anyone from either of the Marvel teams can process a thought). The only one from either of the Marvel teams with any sort of superspeed is Thor, and he is like multi-mach reaction speeds at best. If the JLA decided to sit it out in the interest of fairness, Thor could solo the X-men, again due to his massive speed advantage. While he is not on the level of Wonder Woman, let alone the Flash, he is hundreds of times faster than any of those X-men, so he can just dimension dump them all likety-split.
Professor X thinks he has killed Bruce Wayne but has been dreaming, because Martian Manhunter put him in a coma. Justice League wins every time.

I don't know how anyone can even stand to read DC comics, aside from Batman related story lines everything they put out is completely boring. Superman is the most bland superhero of all time. I guess it is balanced out by Batman being a complete badass. Green Lantern/Flash/Martian Manhunter are all pretty good too. You gotta give the avengers some credit. Hulk/Thor alone could take on pretty much the entire roster of both other teams. Hulk has pretty much beat the entire Marvel universe in a fit of rage. The only one who could come close to stopping him was The Sentry whose powers are basically infinite and is something like (dare I say) a more powerful superman (thank god marvel killed his character off). X-Men have a strong chances as well. Collosus in his current form as the new juggernaut is incredibly powerful. The Phoenix force in Jean Grey is one of the most over powered characters in comic history. Wolverine/Cyclops/Ice-Man are all omega level mutants who would rip to shreds someone like The Flash (he's basically the same thing as quicksilver). Aquaman isn't even half the character Namor (x-men affiliate) is. Batman would be about as relevant as Captain America. Martian Manhunter could probably put some hurt on the X-Men. Then again, he pretty much has the same powers as Moonstone mixed with Psylocke. So that makes me feel like he'll be dealt with easily as well. That leaves Green Lantern/Wonder-Woman/Superman. Obviously these three possess incredible power and would put up the biggest challenge. They might even beat the X-Men. Who knows... But in the end, give me Professor X's brain, Jean Grey (phoenix), colossus, and Wolverine any day.
There is nothing to learn in the sun but two boring kinds of nuclear fusion reactions. Also, I would put my money on Superman Prime not living until 2018.
heheheheheehehehehe This is the pinacle of how to make a ridiculous character more ridiculous Funny cause this is like if a 5 yr old made a character and every time someone thought of a way to kill him . . . he just adds another power . . . hehehehehehehehehehe Did this particular comic end with him actually to have been the creator of the universe? Multiverse? Rocket River
You guys miss something. Martian Manhunter is more powerful than Superman, is no longer vulnerable to fire, and is a telepath as well. JLA vs Avengers: This is a non-starter. The only two Avengers who could hang with the JLA are Hulk and Thor. The rest would be destroyed incredibly quickly. Hulk can't be stopped, obviously, but he could simply be flown by Superman at light speed and dropped into the sun or on another planet. Battlefield removal. Thor would do some real damage, but in the end it would basically be him against the entire JLA. Referee calls a stop to this contest at 2:00 in the 1st round, declaring your winner by knockout, the JLA! Avengers vs XMen: This is a close battle. In the end Storm, Jean Grey and Iceman would be too much for all the ground fighters of the Avengers. It would come down to Iron Man, Thor and Hulk vs the Xmen. Storm is more powerful than people realize. Grey and X could easily turn off Iron Man's mind. I don't really know the vulnerability of Thor to telepathy, so he's the X-factor here. In the end I think the high level powers of Storm, Grey, Iceman, X and Cyclops just prove too much damage for the two bruisers. Referee calls a stop the contest at 3:15 in the 5th round, declaring your winner by TKO, The X-Men! JLA vs X-Men: This is where the battle really is. Heavyhitters on both sides. The only weak character on either team is Batman. He'd bring gadgets to the party, but quite honestly he's probably better off staying out of this one. He can't hang with anyone on the X-Men for very long. In the end the problem the X-Men will have is that Flash can't be touched and Martian Manhunter isn't going to be overcome by X or Grey. The X-Men are very powerful, but there downfall in the end is that their most powerful guys are just humans with superpowers. Superman, MM, WW and Flash are going to be moving so fast and hit so hard that too many X-Men are knocked out of the fight too quickly. Even the bruisers for the X-men like Colossus and Beast aren't even close to being at the strength level of guys on the JLA. In the end the JLA just has too much speed to go along with their overwhelming strength. Too many heavy hitters. Referee calls a stop to the contest at 4:33 in the 3rd round, declaring your winner via submission due to strikes, the JLA
