I'm going to say Justice League, just because of Superman. He always seems to be just powerful enough to destroy his enemies, he never seems to have a 'cap' on his strength/speed/powers. But can Professor X brain-freeze Superman? If so, that's a game changer. Professor X can basically destroy everyone in one foul swoop (but whether or not he would do it is another question). BTW- I'd be rooting for the X-Men, just because I like them the best.
Any team with Batman on it would win. Batman would have all weaknesses figured out and documented of the opponent. He took down his own Justice League once.
Oh, I voted which I liked better, which was Xmen... Any team with Superman will win, hands down. Only way Xmen could beat Superman is if Prof X was able to put The Man of Steel in some sort of catatonic state. Avengers would get owned.
Not really. It took Batman a long time to develop those strategies, and Ra's had the advantage of surprise when implementing them. In a free for all, Batman wouldn't have either of those luxuries.
X-men. Here's why. They have two world-class psonics in professor-x and jean grey. These two alone can stop most of the other teams. Colossus is the real x-factor in the strength department. He is now both colossus and juggernaut. The hulk is stronger but he's going to be occupied by either the psonics or wolverine. Superman's other vulnerability is magic, which is what fuels the juggernaut.
I don't know if you should combine the DC and Marvel universe. Just doesn't seem right. And that concludes my input for this dorkiness debate.

I dunno, I could see Stark handing the waiter the guys to his ferrari and Captain America giving 20% because it's the "right thing to do". If the Justice League leaves a tip, I bet Aquaman takes it when no one's looking.
