Phil Jackson = one of the most overrated coaches in history.

If he is so great, why did the Lakers lose to the Pistons this year?
Even with the most dominate (not talented) center, Kobe, Payton, Malone (doesnt count because he was injured) he still couldn't win his 10th title.

Back on the bulls, If MJ was playing back in the Rockets championship years. I bet you the Rockets would of still won the championships and gained more respect instead of a * because Jordan wasnt around.

I remember watching the Rockets defeat the Bulls back then. Mad Max contained Jordan pretty well back then. :D

I don't really care for Dr Phil. - but have not been impressed with JVG's attitude either ( although he has instilled a defensive mind set) ... IF you want the triangle, why not get the original triangle coach ( and LA assistant coach) Tex Winter?

I don't think we need to dump Van Gundy to install the triangle offense; my High School coach could do that. It's preparation that makes a good coach, and that's what JVG does that well. A great coach is one that has his team prepared and playing together; hopefully with the new roster JVG can do that well too.

I think ZenMan would be a good option if JVG comes up short (heh, heh).
