(Sorry if this is the wrong section)

I have always heard of the amazing deals that could be had at the Nike Factory stores. However, is there a way of finding out when these deals will be available instead of occasionally stopping by the store to see whats (newly) on clearance?

Assuredly not. All the shoes that come in are a mix of older designs from the previous year or some might even be slightly defected in all different sizes. Their inventory is pretty much just a mixed bag so they dont keep a public inventory of it.

Sorry, but you're just gonna have to stop in to find deals.

Not really since that would essentially kill any chance of beating the Hypebeasts to shoes. The deals are ok. It isn't ross but you can find B grade shoes sell out quickly in regular stores.

I haven't been lucky enough to find a shoe I wanted at a Nike Outlet (where I did luck out once and found a basketball shoe for my daughter at the Adidas outlet once). As previous posters have said, it really requires you to go and look through the shelves.

One small exception... I once went to the Conroe location, and a woman working there alerted me to a shoe model she knew was located at the Texas City location. But that may require lucking into the one employee who knows what might be in supply at another location.

I still think the best bets are lucking into a sale at a Footlocker or similar chain, or getting a deal via East Bay or Final Score (which I think are the same mail order store).

Back when I was at Texas State in San Marcos I worked at the outlets for several years. So I'd go to the Nike store maybe 1-2 times a week. I found deals on a couple pair of Jordans (10s and 15s) for around $100. And several pairs of Air Force Ones for less than $60.

Granted that was in San Marcos and back in 05-08.
