They are canceled according to the news. I'm sure UT will issue something very soon. But does canceled classes imply canceled tests?
Dude. If you can't go to class, you can't take a test. How is that hard to understand? The prof will reschedule it. If in doubt, email him/her.

If the test was scheduled during my actual class hours, I would understand. But most tests aren't held during normal class hours, and are usually held in another location at another time.
