I didn't realize wrong-way parking was a thing in suburbs, since my neighborhood people park however they damn well please. I could see the reasons though.
No doubt they are. I got caught speeding by some cops on foot hiding behind supports under 59 just south of downtown Houston. One was zapping people from behind a support, then there was a line of cops waiting to run out on foot to stop the offending cars. They had to be clocking five figures a day at the rate they pulled people over while I was sitting there getting my ticket. It's a total racket. Where the heck are these guys in the two neighborhoods in Houston that were in the top 25 most dangerous in the country? (rhetorical as I know that these hoods can't compare in shake-down $ to what they have going in what I described above)
