*gasp* T-Mac even took an ill-advised transition 3. And missed!! Clearly he is dominating the ball!! The reason the Rockets only had 2 players in double figures tonight is that the Hornets werent going to let the role players eat em up. Pick your poison, double Yao or T-Mac, get the other guys going. Or single them up and keep the role players relatively quiet. Trouble is, either way you LOSE.
enjoy the win. no one wants to hear complaining right now. We just CRUSHED a great team on their court. Don't you feel happy about that?!?!?!
People bashing this thread are DEAD WRONG. There's at least 2 threads with the objective of hating on T-Mac after every bad shooting night he has. All the fair-weather supporters deserve to have this one tossed in their face.
t-mac chooses when to try and when to not try in certain games. tonight he defintely decided to try. however its the games where he doesnt try and doesnt give effort that pisses most of us off. we knew t-mac was capable of this kind of performance. the problem is he doesnt show it nearly as often as we'd like.
I always believed his poor performance early in the season is related to health. I am very happy and pleased that he has recoverd and started to contribute.
Look at the trend. We havent seen T-Mac have a "slacking" day since he came back from injury, unless you count the Cav game where he was in the hospital all day. Why folks still draw on stuff that happened 2-3 months ago(when he was having injury issues) in their current evaluation of T-Mac doesnt make sense, when you can draw a line pre and post.
