boozer would be the ideal PF next to yao but this move would improve the jazz more than the rockets.

no way, we're giving up too much talent, boozer alone isn't worth our 2nd and 3rd best players now. no way morey does this. unless artest is definitely leaving next year, then it's an upgrade at the 4, on paper at least

Lol if your talking about Baron Davis then I don't understand what you mean by he needs the ball. He is a point guard. Isn't the ball suppose to be in the point guards hands to make things happen??? lol :D :D

Yeh but not for a team with a dominant low post player. Do you remember the rockets who won championships with a low post player? Did we invest heavily in our PGs? No.

Boozer and Yao would be nasty......

Now we just need some defensive shot makers and a PG........

But Kenny Smith was able to knock down wide open shots unlike our current starting point guard skip. Our back up point is in a shooting slump. Our 38 year old savior isn't getting playing time. My boy is mentally weak right now and going through tough times with his knee. Our "warrior" isn't acting like himself. Meaning he isn't playing the way he normally plays. We brought him in here for a reason and he isn't playing like the way we saw him play when he always torched us when we played against the Kings. Yao is Yao and is doing his thing now.

I just hope history doesn't repeat itself. So excluding Yao and Scola since they are our low post scorers, Our shooters are not shooting well. Our point guard just passes and stands there. Thats why i really hope there is a way we can get Bibby or Baron regardless of the contract. They know how to attack. Another thing is what are we playing for Contracts or a Championship???

Do you really believe we want Durant because of his Rookie challenge game?

You are missing the point, completely.

    In agreement with <knote32>....

Think about it.....just go back a year and 1/2, we'd be giving up...

    1st rd. pick
    2nd rd. pick
    Bobby Jackson

    for

    C. Boozer

So plz inform me then. Getting Durant would mean rebuilding mode 2 me. Trading McGrady for Durant would make Morey look suspect. Trust me

What the hell are you talking about?

Durant is a FAR greater player than Tracy will ever be, from here on out...

Durant would make us championship material...

If the option is to try to win it now with an unreliable, broken-down McGrady versus rebuild with a sure-fire future superstar like Durant, you have to choose the latter.

Agreed x 10. Not that the Thunder would ever do the deal but Durant is a superstar already. He is going to be a 28/5/5 (at least) guy on 45% shooting for the next 12 years.
