Wow, talk about digging your own grave. Seeing from the quoted responses, it's obvious NY is now trying to cover up his serious statements w/ over the top statements to diffuse them. That has got to be one of the dumbest statements I've ever heard. If I guy commits a crime while drunk or high, that was their own choice. It is there fault for being in that state of mind, therefore, they are responsible for their actions no matter what state they are in.

But don't you see - if a drunk jury can still convict a drunk driver - then it proves that a crime is a crime even under impaired judgement.

I mean, should they put warnings on those things now? I think this "victim" should sue the company that makes PVC and patio umbrellas as well.
