One could argue that K Pop stans saved more lives by reserving tickets but not going than Trump has with COVID response.
And by one, I mean I am saying that. Because they did.

trump fell flat. It was a disaster. trump wasn't funny, he wasn't even mildly humorous. trump was flatter than a slow armadillo nailed by a really big truck on I-10 headed west. The crowd, such as it was, kept waiting for the trump they loved in their collective imaginations to show up and he didn't appear. What did appear was a caricature of the trump of 2016. A "trump" poorly done. In fact, he looked done.

The place looked more than half empty. The crowd seemed to be waiting for a reason to be excited or a reason to laugh and they simply weren't given one. trump told one lie after another after another. A seemingly endless number of lies and the lies fell flat. He went all the way to Tulsa to belittle the pandemic while making sure that hundreds, at the very least, caught the damn virus, including 6 of his people who were in the city arranging this flop.

Was trump hoping that this sad Saturday night in Oklahoma would draw the attention of the people of this country away from the Friday Night Massacre? A Friday night that saw Attorney General Barr, when he wasn't busy fishing for his reputation in the nearest toilet, declare that trump had fired US Attorney Geoffrey Berman of the Southern District of New York, only to have trump declare, "I don't know anything! Ask the AG!"

Meanwhile, the Republicans in Congress had to be watching all of this unfold with a growing sense of horror. The walls are closing in.

Did anyone notice the obvious black supporter plants they positioned behind Trump? Wonder where they got those guys from? Nice attempt at trying to make an all-white crowd seem diverse.

 

That rally was so lame I thought it was for Biden.

 

You missed the part where Biden doesn't need to, and shouldn't be holding a rally during a pandemic to begin with.

And if it was normal times if Biden wanted crowd sizes he just needs to announce Obama (Michelle) will be speaking, and he'd dwarf a Trumper crowd 8 days a week.

But you're missing the point where rally crowd sizes don't mean sh$t anyways. Trump is the only person who cares about them so his cult followers feel the need to serve their dear leaders precious ego. I clicked on a Biden online event the other day and only 131 people where viewing and guess what.... Biden was up 12 points in the polls just days afterwards.

Everyone is laughing at Trump and his cult followers and their obsession with crowd sizes, and his fragile ego. Nobody really cares about it though, and that's really the point.

Word on the street is he spent the last several days practicing the one handed drinking and mastered it early this afternoon just in time for the rally.

However, it took so long they didn't get to how to dispose of the tippy cup or close an umbrella.

The total capacity of that arena is 19k.

The top sections which seat more people than the bottom sections were virtually empty.

Just the eye test alone does not pass the 10k test.

If you're hoping to get a seat at President Trump's Tulsa rally, you won't be able to outcompete Jonathan Munafo.

Not only did he come to Tulsa all the way from Massachusetts, but he's already been camped out in front of the BOK Center for the past THREE DAYS.

He's got it down to a science though.

“The vehicle behind you is equipped with everything I need for events such as this,” he said, referring to a nearby car. “I also have reservations at the hotel, obviously for hygiene purposes and whatnot.”

We asked him what it's like to sleep on the sidewalk outside the BOK Center.

“Warm,” he said, laughing.

He says it's all worth it to see history in the making.

History was made all right. 1 million tickets sold for not even 7k people to show up.
