kewl. I'm actually glad, I don't know why I just don't think he is the player many people think he is. Not a good fit for us.
Really glad. Smith/Dwight would've been incredible defensively, just not a fan of him on offense. At all.
With this news, I am skeptical at who that 3rd top tier player will be. You can't do it with 2, even if you do have an amazing supporting cast.
Well there goes that dream. Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA now Josh Smith has agreed to a four year, $56 million deal with the Detroit Pistons, league sources tell Y! Sports.
Awesome news. I would have loved to have JSmith on the team if we kept Asik, but he's basically a poor man's Dwight so if we already have DH why would be need someone like him except shorter and keeps bricking mid-range Js all day long? Surprised the Lakers didn't go after though, I'm happy he went to Detroit, hopefully he makes the East tougher.
$14M per. Interesting and probably the best he could get. Wonder if he has opt out or a team option on 4th year. Hope he does well, especially staying in the east!
