    I think this is a bit of an exaggeration. Jones is serviceable fairly consistently, but when he is bad, he is atrocious. He is also almost always bad on the defensive end. He can block shots, but has not clue how to guard anyone individually

    Getting Smith for 8 million a year is a hell of a deal
    And I'm willing to bet we see him resign for something similar... we could probably get him for cheaper on a one year deal, which gives him a shot to earn a big contract when the cap goes up but I would rather have him locked in

    We can't afford him for $8 mil a year. How is that going to happen? He's an unrestricted free agent? I thought we only have the MLE to offer.

    Explain this to me and the other board members.

    Rick Perry is corrupt. That's why he is under indictment. If you mean allowing Oil/Gas companies to do whatever the hell they want as doing something....sure he was a part of it.

    Does anyone else think that Harden doesn't want Smith back? I know there were rumors of disagreement between Harden and Howard. There were a few occasions in the playoffs where Howard passed to Smith when Harden was open. There was an inbounding play where he passed over Harden's head. We'll never know (if indeed he signs elsewhere).

    LOL...really? Those fools benefitted from high oil & gas prices. The oil & gas industry is the reason for Texas' booming economy. The republicans keep trying to force their backward-ass social policies on Texas. Don't worry though......there time is coming to an end...........in a few years.

    Josh Smith has nowhere really to go. He can go to a bad Kings team......and he will be in the same situation as in Detroit. Teams think he is a cancer. His best option is the Rockets.
