The lesson is don't be a dick to your players. It doesn't matter how good of a coach you are you better be able to get along with your players. Most of these guys are big spoiled kids so you have to babysit them at times.
Sounds like it's time for Kubiak to go home to Denver. I think he's a nice guy but I hope the door doesn't hit him in the ass on the way out. Don't forget the rest of the Denver cronies either. I think we should put Frank Bush down right now regardless.
I think we should trade Kubiak for a first and a second round draft pick. Just to clarify: that would be the Texans receiving draft picks from Denver, not the Texans sending picks to Denver.
lets say to Denver that they had to take Frank Bush if they want Kubiak. they have to go together!
Well, Tampa sent two picks to the Raiders for the rights to bring Jon Gruden in. Maybe the Broncos will work something out with Houston. Hey, worked for the Bucs, they won the Super Bowl.
I'm with you on all of this...but the Spygate thing was the reason Bowlen gave him the axe sooner rather than later.
Regardless of last year, most Bears fans and more than content that McDaniels wasn't "sold" on Cutler.....
Really? Where? All I've heard is Les Frazier (who will probably keep the Vikes job) and current Air Force HC/former Texans OC Toy Calhoun.
This article mentions Kubiak as a replacement but I don't know how much weight it holds http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/20...2/06/mcdaniels.fired/index.html#ixzz17RKFCxEO "The early list of prospective replacements for McDaniels includes Texans coach Gary Kubiak, a former Broncos player and assistant who could be in trouble in Houston;"
