    Mr. Hancock is obvisously not a real Cardinals fan, if he was he would sue the Cubs too.

    "Police report Hancock was intoxicated at the time of his fatal accident with a blood-alcohol level of 0.157, nearly double the legal limit in Missouri. Police also found 8.55 grams of mar1juana along with a glass pipe used for smoking in his rented Ford Explorer. In addition, Hancock was on the phone when the accident occurred and not wearing a seatbelt. An accident reconstruction team determined that Hancock was driving 68 mph in a 55 mph zone."

    Man, this guy's dad is nuts. Can't believe he even mentioned the stalled car and tow truck. his son was a dumbass who was drunk driving.

    I think that is a big problem in America. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions. It is always somebody else's fault.
