Giddey looking more and more guilty AF…the “I didn’t know she was underage” doesn’t hold up in court Where’s Chris Hansen at?
Apparently, it can in California Here’s a California Supreme Court decision from 1964, cited in J.R.’s post: In People v. Hernandez (1964) 61 Cal. 2d 529, the California Supreme Court held that a defendant's good faith, reasonable belief that his or her underage sex partner was 18 or older can be a defense to a charge of statutory rape under former section 261, subdivision (1), now section 261.5. […ducks]
Not to say the girl could be had for under age drinking, minor fraud, fake ID and stuff. Loss Loss scenario for both
Lol no he's not. She was underage in an 18+ club. Tough situation but you can't blame Giddey for thinking she was of legal age considering he met her at the club.
So you think when they met at the 18+ club that 19 year old Josh Giddey knew she was underage? I don't blame him for thinking she was of legal age in an adult club. I knew a few girls in high school who were 16-17 and would go to 21+ clubs all the time fooling guys. It happens. Guess you got to go a step further and ask for birth certificates when you bring a girl home from the club
Allegedly it was not the same girl, I think they said the girl who was 15 was not the Livv Cook on social media. Looked similar a bit but not the same person. But if you do not believe them, do not believe me as well....all good. It comes out that he had several of those girls, then he is more forked.
Read all of @J.R. last post, including the top left cell of the tweet. It actually contradicts itself. The NYPost article says they identified the club in the tweets as OKC. But the article in the tweet says California.
Imagine you’re a famous young handsome millionaire who gets to play sport for a living, and you throw away all your god-given advantages to mess with underage girls, when you could have any IG thot in the world.
So many men aren't attached to both their brain and their penis at the same time. On another note, funny how when someone wins the lottery / celebrity / athlete status lawsuits and high profile lawyers have a way of surfacing totally coincidentally.
Is the story that he was 19 and met her at an 18 and up club and then dropped her once he found out her real age not true?
