Lol no he's not. She was underage in an 18+ club. Tough situation but you can't blame Giddey for thinking she was of legal age considering he met her at the club.

So you think when they met at the 18+ club that 19 year old Josh Giddey knew she was underage? I don't blame him for thinking she was of legal age in an adult club. I knew a few girls in high school who were 16-17 and would go to 21+ clubs all the time fooling guys. It happens.

Guess you got to go a step further and ask for birth certificates when you bring a girl home from the club
