Texans would have won a Superbowl if they had drafted the VY Longhorn Champ guy

Still believe Vince Young would have worked out here. He and Colt McCoy got screwed by where they got drafted.

Pairing him with a coach who was not Jeff Fisher would have been very beneficial for his development.

If he was going to fail, I'd rather him have failed in Houston. It would have been the most fun ?-years in Texans history.

I left out 3 CWS Championships, I'm probably the only one who cares about those, though.

Missed getting historic playoff homer #22 today, and it was going to be a grand slam.

    I wanted that so badly.

Tuve is hitting .219, but leads the postseason with 12 Runs not for the Astros, but more than any players of the Red Sox, Dodgers, or Braves. The next closest Astros is 7 each (Correa, Tucker). Only Tuve can make up numbers like that, he is LEGEND!

    Astros most productive player? Bagwell
    Quintessential Astro? Biggio
Most beloved player during best run? Altuve
    Most talented player? Correa

Don’t think anyone will ever catch Bagwell for all time team WAR. Also don’t know if Altuve will make the hall of fame which is what it would take for him to overtake Biggio as “Mr Astro”. However 2 more rings or 3 more WS appearances would mean an awful lot. So Altuve has a chance to be the “greatest” but he’s not there yet; currently pretty firmly #3.

World series appearances and World series wins are more important than longevity, so Altuve is king. Altuve also has the ability to catch both in longevity. Showing up during big moments matter a lot.

Altuve is batting like .00000004 this series but in every win he is in the middle of everything. game tying homeruns, check. stolen bases, walks, hits check check check

I think there's a difference between best and great. Always believed greatness was made on the highest stage....in the playoffs.
