Hill needs to be blessed by hakeem over the summer so he can elevate his game to the next level. But I love how he was grabbing those boards, swinging them bows' like a young deke and not falling for pump fakes. He is staying disciplined.

LOL...I was also thinking that there isn't much similarity between Landry and Hill. They're different players completely.

Still, good to see Hill contribute.

He played a hell of a game tonight, there's no doubt about it. He just needs to mature more.

Only took him about a month to go from trade bait to a total stud. Love his aggression. He's always looking to send a message, whether it's a dunk or a block.

In the preseason his defense looked a bit shaky, but he's really settled in. Very few people can guard Pao the way Jordan did tonight, we definitely need to keep him in a Rockets uniform.

It was also good to see him knock down both free throws late in the game. Play the kid, Rick!

When Yao comes back, who's the odd man out?

Hayes and Miller should play offense/defense and give Jordan the bulk of the minutes at PF behind Scola.

Either Hayes and Miller, depending on the matchups. I think Hill will remain a fixture in the rotation, unless he slumps badly.

I see a lot of upside in Hill. Hope he can continue this. He looked like the enforcer we badly needed and what i kept bringing up before. Great footwork on defense. As long as he stays around the rim he's going to be tough.

It should be Hayes. Rick has already said he likes to play Hill with Miller. Hayes should only be brought in for a key stop at the end of the game and that's it.

Exactly what I was going to say. He did very well in the fourth grabbing rebounds or tipping them with one hand. The first half they were holding him down, but he figured it out in his second stint on the court.

    He's getting better. :)

and this is why sacramento wont trade cousins. you just simply don't give up on rookies that you take in the lottery midway thru their first season because usually rookies taken that high have high ceilings that may take some time to reach. dantoni probably feels like a douche right now haha

This is the first guy on the Rox in a long time who can grab boards right out of someone else's hands. Some of his rbs look like he has glue to his fingers.

I also like how he is an athletic and big Big. That just causes problems for the other side.

I was surprised that on offense sometimes he would elicit a help defender. He takes a few seconds to work into his move, so he needs to learn to get his move a bit quicker, but if Hakeem can work w/ him in the summer, that'll be great.

I am very close to labeling Jordan Hill as untouchable. I love his aggressiveness and he can actually grab rebounds!! He has so much potential to be a great player. I hope he can become more fluid on offense.

Yea we havn't had a 4 man like this since Otis Thorpe. I'd have to say he's pretty much untouchable.
