I too have noticed that Ish is shooting somewhat better. I am also thinking that Ish should start as well because of his excellent court vision. Starting Ish with Hill, Battier, Scola and Martin would be a good line-up, IMO.

There's only one reason I want to start Ish right now...

So Lowry can get used to playing with the bench guys. He's going to be playing with the bench guys anyways as soon as AB gets back, so might as well let him get comfortable with those guys now.

Plus, it's not like Ish is bad....

    Whoops you just did.

I'm not optimistic whenever a player of ours does not finish the game because of injury.

Let's be honest even without that injury he was coming out of that game in the final minutes because Hayes is proven defensive player.

Lol I laugh at the last bit but it's true. I feel like he was coming out soon too which makes the injury worse.

He's been playing well coming off the bench and playing heavy minutes in the 4th.

Get well soon, JHill! Hope that sprain wasn't too serious

I made the parallel to Luis Scola in his rookie season to Jordan Hill, but it looks like for now Jordan is really being used ala Carl Landry. He has been nails for us in the 4th on the offensive glass and with aggressive moves to the basket.

Even if he's not starting yet, really happy to see some real faith in Jordan's game. Just hope Rick starts really trying the Scola/Hill combination. I guess they aren't played together much because you just can't play Miller/Hayes together much, but I'd love to see Scola/Hill close things out for us.

Best game for Jordan Hill so far, in my opinon. He'll be starting soon in place of Hayes if he keeps it up.

I agree. I thought he played extremely well today until the injury. Let's hope it was minor and he'll be back tomorrow, we're going to need him.

Funny how Morey had to basically force Adelman to use him, while everyone on this BBS could see he needed to play.
